White Board Frame

Ok, so i did this a LONG time ago (like last August), but I just found the pictures & am catching up on my blogging I neglected so here you go.

For Easter last year, my parents bought me a GIANT white board! I love it! I use white board for EVERYTHING (future teacher) and this just made me super happy!

(Hint: You can find this at Hobby Lobby for $15, whoa!!!)

The only problem was that when I erased anything, it would smear on the wall! (which is not good in an apartment) So, with a hint from my mom, I came up with a quick & easy fix!

I pulled out my handy dandy hot glue gun:

And some cute ribbon:

I love polka dots!

And got to work! It took me about 15 minutes, cutting the ribbon into 4 pieces (one the length of each side) and gluing the pieces down one as a time.  And, I had framed the white board!

I did the top & bottom first

Then added the long sides

And hung it up!!!

So cute, right? How fast & easy is that? I promise, it is not hard or expensive to DIY!
