Favors?

When we started planning our wedding, wedding favors were one of the first things Ryan & I decided on, but being me, I obviously have to change my mind about it like ten million times, so now we are down to 2 ideas (I think, well for today just 2).  One idea my mom loves & one we love. (See my dilemma?)
The first (and original idea) was to make a donation in our guests honor to a charitable organization (specifically the one where we met last summer).  We would put out little cards for our guests to know that we had done this.  This would mean a lot to us since this organization is one we have both been involved in for a long time & about an issue that we both care deeply for.  (This is something that is important to both of our families as well and my mom loves this idea)

The second is way more fun! (See why I like this one?).  Aggies have these things called 12th Man towels and they do this with them:

I saw a pin on pinterest (where I get all my best wedding ideas) and it looked like this:

What a great wedding send off!!! 12th Man Towels!!! Plus, then we would get to keep one of the favors (the towels) in our home forever!!! That'd be so much fun!!! (Plus, I've always really wanted to run through a group of screaming people, is that weird?)

So we are looking into doing this (but only if the cost is comparable!) We have two design choices: (Pardon my Paint skills)

With or without the 12th Man side

(we want it, but it might make it super expensive - licensing and such)

 Any thoughts or advise? (Or know of a cheap screen printer?)
