I swore I'd never do it again...

but I'm moving again.  If you remember last summer I moved into an awesome big apartment & decorated it all beautiful! Well, it has turned out to be a horrible experience! (I'll explain how later) So, when they offered to let me stay only if I started paying more a month, I decided it was time to move again!
So, why am I moving again?

1. When I first moved in, the garbage disposal made a funny noise.  I told the office & they didn't really care.  A week later, after using it a few times, the garbage disposal started leaking (not a little, a lot!), so it took them another few days, but I finally got a new garbage disposal (that didn't make sounds or leak).

2. In January, I noticed puddles on the floor of my apartment.  I told the office and the maintenance man said some pipes were backed up.  They got that to stop & started drying out the carpet.  That night, water started pouring out of my bathroom ceiling (the plumbing access).  The maintenance man came over and said it was from my upstairs neighbors bath tub.  Well, whatever it was, it smelled NASTY & I had to stay at a friend's house for a few days while the house aired out.  They didn't even fix the ceiling problem until a month later when it happened again.  About a week or two after the original water issues, my dishwasher broke & started leaking water everywhere.  It took several days to get the apartment dry again and a new dish washer in. (Note: when I went to my fiance's house to tell him all about the water problems, his upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen... I almost screamed...)

3. The office people are rude and really only tell maintenance about problems if they are going to damage the apartment (water pouring in)

4. When I first moved in, I told them that the living room window was loose.  They have never even looked at it! And it shakes whenever my upstairs neighbors move around or walk upstairs.

5. Someone recently tried to break into my apartment... At least I'm pretty sure someone did... Yea, it's super scary...

So, after all of that, I cannot WAIT to move!!! I will be moving into an adorable little duplex with a big backyard (for Princess) and a roommate!
